Ms. Randi Silva is regarded as a cosmetic chemist with experience in formulating a wide range of skin care, hair care products and fine fragrances & quality management in manufacturing & vocational training sectors. She started her academic qualifications from completing a BSc. (General) in University of Sri Jayawardenapura back in 2011. Ms. Randi Silva has a sound knowledge on the areas of chemistry, forestry and Environmental Sciences and Business Management.

Her Professional qualifications includes Grad.Chem from Institute of Chemistry Ceylon, College of Chemical Sciences with a Second Class (Upper Division) Honours with a GPA of 3.23 in 2012. She successfully completed the City & Guilds Level 2 VRQ Diploma in Beauty Therapy in 2012 also.

She has gained many professional experiences over the years in the field starting off as an Intern in Central Environmental Authority back in 2010 and She carried out a baseline data survey for the declaration of Koggala Lagoon as an Environmental Protection Area. From 2012 to 2013 She worked as a chemist at reputed company which follows as a subsidiary of Rigam Group of Companies. In 2013 to 2016 She worked as a chemist and a Personal Assistant to the Chairperson at 4Ever Skin Naturals (Pvt) Ltd. cum Management Representative of ISO 9001:2008 QMS at Chalmway International Hair & Beauty Institute. She worked as a manager in company which related to Cosmetology from 2016 to 2017 and as a Technical Advisor for Sanguin Services (Pvt) Ltd in 2016. She acts as an independent cosmetic chemist providing consultancy for SMEs and Micro-startups since 2018 and she is particularly in developing personal care products in compliance with natural & organic standards. She also serves as a Cosmetic Chemistry Visiting Lecturer at Open International University for Complementary Medicines since 2020. She has been a professional in the field of cosmetology and she has proven experiences in the field of cosmetology.
