Kasun Deemantha Caldera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across the education, digital marketing, and business development sectors.

He began his academic journey at Isipathana College and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) specializing in Marketing Management from Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology. He also earned a First Class MBA from one of the United Kingdom’s leading business faculties at the University of Wolverhampton.

Further strengthening his expertise, Kasun has completed professional diploma qualifications in Digital Marketing with certifications from Asia Pacific Institute of Digital Marketing (APIDM) and the University of Colombo. He is also a British Council Certified UK Student Counsellor through the British Council, reflecting his proficiency in guiding students toward successful international education pathways.

Currently serving as the Director / CEO of Colombo Institute of Higher Education Pvt Ltd, Kasun is dedicated to advancing the quality and accessibility of higher education in Sri Lanka.

With over a decade of combined professional experience, his career spans managerial roles in the education sector—both locally and internationally—as well as experience in the smart and electronic devices industry. He has contributed across key business functions including product management, business development, and client relationship management. His professional exposure in the United Arab Emirates has further enhanced his global perspective, enabling him to integrate diverse cultural and business practices into his leadership approach.

Since 2021, Kasun has also established a strong presence as a Digital Marketing strategist, delivering innovative, results-driven solutions. In addition, he has built a proven track record as an international student counsellor, successfully supporting students pursuing higher education opportunities in the UK, South Korea, Australia, and Canada.

His combined expertise in digital marketing, international education counselling, and institutional leadership enables him to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and sustainable impact within the organizations he leads.
